Unlike many nurseries Shaping Futures does not charge an administration fee nor do we ask for a deposit for your child’s place. We simply ask that you pay your monthly invoice by the 7th of the month for the current month.
Depending on when in the month your child starts at Shaping Futures, you will need to pay for your child’s fees until the next invoice period however there are no additional costs. Payments can be made into the bank, by cash at the nursery and we also accept childcare vouchers.
All sessions are contracted over 52 weeks of the year, we require 4 weeks written notice to terminate any contracted sessions. If in addition to your contacted sessions, you require any extra sessions, these can be booked subject to availability. These sessions will need to be requested in writing and once written confirmation has been sent, the extra session is fully chargeable and will appear on your next invoice.
The nursery is open 52 weeks of the year however it is closed on bank holidays. Bank holidays are chargeable, you pay for your child place not their attendance. If full payment is not made by the 7th of the month, a late payment fee of £30 per month may be added to your account.
